VRAH Telehealth Services Private Limited embarked on its journey amid the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19 in 2020. During these trying times, we provided crucial support to hundreds of COVID and non-COVID patients suffering from various ailments. Officially incorporated in July 2020 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, we have since delivered thousands of teleconsultations using publicly available technology platforms.
In 2022, we entered a transformative phase with the support of visionary investors who believed in our mission. This backing fueled our ambition and led to the development of exclusive web and mobile applications tailored for teleconsultations, extending our services to international clients in countries like the USA, Australia, and Canada.
A significant milestone was the initiation of the Digital Clinic pilot project in 2022, launching in Hanamkonda and Hyderabad, Telangana. This innovative approach connected patients in tier 2 cities and towns—especially the less tech-savvy elderly population—with distant doctors through audio-visual equipped clinics. This marked a crucial step towards delivering quality healthcare to communities traditionally underserved by modern medical infrastructure.
2023 was a landmark year for us as we launched our applications, which garnered an overwhelming response. Embracing the fast-evolving world where AI is rapidly transforming various domains, we began developing an AI Clinical Assistant App—ALLUDE. This app-based healthcare provider assistant is designed to simplify and streamline healthcare delivery, with a planned release in early 2025.

Dr. Vannala Raju is the visionary founder and Managing Director of VRAH Telehealth Services Private Limited. Established in 2020, our company is headquartered in Warangal, Telangana, India, with Rahimthullah serving as the co-founder and director. Since its inception, VRAH Telehealth has steadily evolved in both organizational structure and operational capacity.
In 2022, we welcomed two visionary investors, Suman Chelumalla and Sunil Chelumalla, who have been instrumental in propelling our growth and development. Suman Chelumalla from the USA now leads our International Operations division, while Sunil Chelumalla from Australia serves as the Head of Business Development, driving strategic initiatives and expansion efforts.
